This is an open discussion to enable ClubMaster Members to contribute to the development and maintenance of our collective philosophies. At the outset this is roughly fragmented and very repetitive, often suggesting alternatives, as we seek to refine both our position and our presentation.  Please offer your positive suggestions in Comments.

What is The ClubMaster Club?

 

The ClubMaster Club is a private unincorporated special interest group which encourages and supports the following:

 

• Full Democracy
• Benevolent Capitalism
• Equal Opportunity
• Sustainable Environment

 

Our Mottos:

Do no harm - to good citizens, to the planet

Leave no footprint - try to leave it better than you found it

Add value - improve things and leave a positive legacy

Lift all boats - equal opportunity, win-win, avoid unfair exploitation

 

* Full democracies are nations where civil liberties and fundamental political freedoms are not only respected but also reinforced by a political culture conducive to the thriving of democratic principles. These nations have a valid system of governmental checks and balances, an independent judiciary whose decisions are enforced, governments that function adequately, and diverse and independent media. These nations have only limited problems in democratic functioning.

 

Our Core Members Charter:

1. Do no harm - The Principle of Restraint.
2. Leave it better than you found it - The Principle of Maintenance.
3. Add value - The Principle of Improvement.
4. Lift all boats - The Principal of Universality.

THE CLUBMASTER CORE GOALS

ClubMaster wants to change the world for the better. 

 

We’d love to participate in:

• eliminating poverty globally;
• eliminating exploitation globally;
• eliminating pollution globally;
• expanding democracy globally.

ClubMaster is building platforms (The ClubMaster Protocols) towards these Core Goals, including:

• The Seven Pillars Protocol;
• The Equitable Markets Protocol; 
• The All Citizens Protocol;
• The True Democracy Protocol;
• The Community Logistics Protocol - joining suppliers, buyers, intermediaries, using CM Logistics Systems.

 

Members can demonstrate their commitment to these goals by:

• listing their, and recognising others’, achievements;
• making, and constructively responding to, constructive suggestions;
• creating, and joining, relevant specialist Clubs;
• building professional networks;
• supporting ClubMaster-recommended charities and programmes;
• contributing to The ClubMaster Protocols.

 

Within ClubMaster itself, our goals are primarily:

• to build a collegiate community;
• to communicate, engage and transact in a safe environment;
• to encourage and assist the success and happiness of our Members.

 

Member Commitments

 

ClubMaster Members commit to the following policies:

 

1. To abide by the CM Member Rules as may be amended from time to time by ClubMaster in its absolute discretion;
2. To be a Good Citizen as defined in the ClubMaster Member Rules;
3. To borrow only from Good Citizens;
4. Not to directly or indirectly borrow from CM Designated Bad Citizens, or Bad Citizens as defined in the CM Member Rules;
5. To trade only with Good Citizens;
6. Not to directly or indirectly trade with CM Designated Bad Citizens, or Bad Citizens as defined in the CM Member Rules;
7. To endorse and promote the interests only of Good Citizens;
8. Not to directly or indirectly endorse or promote the interests of CM Designated Bad Citizens, or Bad Citizens as defined in the CM Member Rules;
9. To fraternise and engage only with Good Citizens;
10. Not to knowingly or wittingly fraternise or engage with CM Designated Bad Citizens, or Bad Citizens as defined in the CM Member Rules, other than in the genuine and active promotion of Good Citizenry in accordance with the CM Member Rules.
