Which Membership is right for you ?
The following are the paid ClubMaster Prime Membership options, and the free Subscription option. These exclude ClubMaster Premium and Private Memberships.
For newbies to ClubMaster, you’re most welcome to become a Subscriber for free. Subscribers have the opportunity to get a feel for the ClubMaster systems, and to access ClubMaster eXchange as a buyer.
Only ClubMaster Members have access to the Member Directories, which provide opportunities for Member to Member engagements, and a suite of other offerings and opportunities.
Here’s a quick guide to help decide which level is right for you:
Non-Member Subscriber
You want to build your Profile page, request contact with other Subscribers and with limited Members, chat with your Contacts, and go shopping on ClubMaster eXchange (CMX). Subscription is not a ClubMaster Membership, but allows you to act as a purchaser of goods, services and other opportunities which are listed on CMX. If you're looking to interact with ClubMaster Members, join Clubs, create Clubs, or list your own goods, services and other opportunities on the CMX marketplace, we recommend you consider a suitable ClubMaster Membership.
Global Foundation Member
Your entry level ClubMaster Membership. Global Members are able to connect with other Members and have them connect with you - and you can go shopping on CMX. With benefits including Profile Management, this is a great place to start your ClubMaster journey. If you wish to join more Clubs, create a Club, become a ClubMaster Expert, or create your own Listings on ClubMaster eXchange, we recommend you consider at least a Ruby Membership.
Ruby Foundation Member
As a Ruby Member, you will have all the benefits of a Global Member, plus access to the detailed Profiles of more Members, and the ability to join more ClubMaster Clubs including an invitation to join The Experts Club, and to create and manage your own Club page. In addition, as a Ruby Member you enter the CMX Seller group, with the right to list goods, services, and opportunities on ClubMaster eXchange.
Emerald Foundation Member
At Emerald Membership you have all the benefits of a Ruby Member, plus you have access to more ClubMaster Members; a higher Profile presence on the Member database; more complimentary CMX Listings each year; more Club Memberships; and the right to create and manage multiple Club pages. At this Membership Level, you will simply want to calculate your ClubMaster Fees against your annual CMX Listings (and their respective fee Categories), your preferred Club Memberships, and number of Own Clubs you wish to create. Lastly will be whether you wish to access higher level ClubMaster Members.
Sapphire Foundation Member
Sapphire Members enjoy all the benefits of Emerald Membership, plus you enjoy more complimentary listings on CMX, more ClubMaster Memberships, more meaningful engagements with Sapphire Level Members, and more Clubs pages to create and manage. At this Level, you will want to calculate your ClubMaster Fees against your annual CMX Listings and Fees, your preferred number of Club Memberships, and the number of Own Clubs you wish to create. Lastly will be whether you wish to directly access the highest level of Prime ClubMaster Members, only available with Diamond Membership.
Diamond Foundation Member
Diamond Members enjoy all the benefits of Sapphire Membership, plus you may mingle directly with Diamond Level Members. Diamond Members also enjoy a significant increase in all the features and benefits afforded Prime Members, including the top level priority appearance of all Prime Class Members on searches and listings; the most Club Memberships, the highest number of Clubs to create and manage, and the largest number of free CMX Listings. Diamond Membership is the pinnacle of Prime Class ClubMaster Memberships.

Features and Benefits
Enables chatting with your Contacts, both in Individual (one-to-one) and Group Chats, and with both Individuals and Entities.
For those with access to Club Memberships, Club Chat is also available.
Whilst the Public and Subscribers May view select Posts, only Members may create and edit their own Posts.
Profile Management enables you to enter and update your own Profile data, including comprehensive options to enhance your ID Ranking.
Profile Management is available to all Members, but not to Subscribers.
This Feature is available to all Members who join a ClubMaster Club, enabling other Club Members to find you and to communicate with you, and for you to add Members to your Contacts and communicate with them. Members may also reach out to Non-Member Subscribers, but Subscribers do not have access to reach out to Members.
Member Directory Access is not available to Non-Member Subscribers.
This feature determines whether your Membership Level is able to add automatically, or request to add, Non-Member Subscribers to your Contact list.
This feature determines whether your Membership Level is able to add automatically, or request to add, Prime Members to your Contact list.
This feature determines whether your Membership Level is able to add automatically, or request to add, Premium Members to your Contact list.
This feature determines whether your Membership Level is able to add automatically, or request to add, Private Members to your Contact list.
As a CMX Buyer, you may search the CMX Listings, and make enquiries to the Seller. To also be a Seller, listing goods, services and opportunities, you will require at least a Global Membership.
CMX Access as Buyer is available to all Membership Levels and to Subscribers.
One of the many benefits of higher Membership Levels is the Member List Priority Feature, which shows Member Lists and Member Search results in descending order of Membership Level, with the highest Membership Level at the top.
This is the maximum number of ClubMaster Clubs which a Member may join, which number increases with each higher level of Membership. The more Clubs that a Member joins, the greater their networking capability with other ClubMaster Members.
Club Membership is available to all ClubMaster Members, but not to Subscribers.
Club Ownerships is a feature which enables Members to create, edit and maintain their own Clubs page within the ClubMaster Clubs envronment. Only select Membership Levels may create or own Clubs, and the maximum number increases with higher Membership Levels.
Members may only create Clubs under ClubMaster selected parent categories. Any transfer of Club ownership to a Member is also counted against the Member's Club Ownerships limit. Conditions apply to all matters associated with creating, editing, transferring, and owning Clubs.
This Feature enables a ClubMaster Member to create and manage Listings on ClubMaster eXchange.
CMX Access as Seller is available to Ruby Members and above.
For all Members who qualify for Access as CMX Seller, you will be granted a specified number of complimentary (free) CMX Listings each year of your Membership, which number increases with higher Membership Levels.
As Listing Categories may have different Listing Fees, complimentary listings include Listings in any Category, even free Listings. It should also be noted that complimentary Listing credits do not accrue, and any unused complimentary Listing credits are cancelled at the end of each anniversary of your Membership.
Free CMX Listings Per Annum are provided to Ruby Members and above.
CMX Search Engine Priority ensures Listings are displayed in order of priority, second only to approved Premium Listings.
This means the Listings of higher Membership Levels will show in All Listings, My Favourites, and any Listing Searches above those of lower Membership Levels.
CMX Search Engine Priority applies to all CMX Sellers.
One of the Features of ClubMaster eXchange is direct access for select Members to the Seller, whilst also limiting access to Seller contact data for those who haven't been fully identified.
Those without clearance for CMX Seller Data Access will still be able to communicate with the Seller within ClubMaster, however they will not have access to the Suppliers register on their Dashboard, nor will they see the Seller's contact details on a Listing.
CMX Seller Data Access is available to Emerald Members and above, who require a suitable ClubMaster ID Ranking than lower Membership Levels.
